Description: Simona Piantieri, in collaboration with Skellon Studio, produced an intro video and two soundscapes for Marble Hill House, a lovely Palladian villa set in 66 acres of riverside parkland in Twickenham. The intro video tells the story of Henrietta Howard, the long-term mistress and confidante of King George II, and how she came to build her permanent home in this mansion. Marble Hill was intended as an Arcadian retreat from crowded London. It became renowned as a salon of literary wits, gathered around their learned hostess in the 18th century.
